Mistaken Identity - Audio

Hey family, before we start, I just want you to know that there are a lot of different ways that we’re growing together in our church this year. We have Bible studies, service opportunities, and even a salsa class coming up! So get plugged in on Sundays and start growing. The most important thing in the world is what you think about God. The second most important is what you think about yourself. Many of us grew up in families who instilled in us an identity that no longer matches who we are in Christ. Perhaps it is was through verbal abuse, physical abuse, or psychological abuse. Or maybe you just heard from the world this idea that you couldn’t be free, grow healthy, or move forward with what God has called you to do. This week is the second part of our IDENTITY series. We’re going to look at the scriptures and see what God says about us--and how that changes everything, in every aspect of our lives.
