Do you want me to start with? My name is Katie Craik. Okay, my name is Katie Couric. I love to talk and I love to ask questions. Have you always been a feminazzi like me? Rebecca? Always? Really? I was born. I'm one of those weirdos who enjoys talking to everybody. Hi, Bob, thanks so much for calling in some of the people I'll be talking to our bold faced names. Some just have bold things to say. I hear so much hate speech. I don't want to say I'm used to it, but it's a little bit like
blood on the operating room floor. Right now in the polls, Hillary beats Donald Trump. I know, sister. I'm very excited that my friend Brian Goldsmith will be doing this with me. He is such a geek, and I mean that in the nicest possible way. He actually got grounded in high school because he snuck out of his room to watch c SPAN. Sad but true. We pay a lot of attention to what's going on the world news, politics and culture. But these days we're not talking to each other anymore.
We're talking at each other, and it really bumps me out. Yeah, it seems like we're all in our own little silos where we just get information that reinforces what we already believe. Part of what we're trying to do is not only have political conversations, but have more inclusive conversations, and that means talking to everyone, including you. I'd love to say that I'd vote for Hillary, but I don't think I will. I'm very interested in if for anything, there would be
willing to run as a third party candidate. Jill sign intrigues me. So listen, subscribe, and let's help each other figure out what's going on. We're kind of podcast virgins, Rebecca, so please forgive us. This isn't going to hurt a bit. It's gonna go very quickly. Hello, Dead Beats. It's Gabby. Gabby Done, host of Bad with Money. I had the Bad with Money book come out in January. I'm super
stoked for season four. This season, we're going back to our roots and I'm having long conversations with amazing people and getting the big picture about money and the economy. Do you like intersectional, queer, social justice based money podcasts. This is the only one, so get into it. Did you earn it? You deserve to be like a billionaire when somebody who's working as a janitor or working in Walmart,
or teacher or a teacher, yeah it certainly. Or a teacher who may be working just as many hours as you, may be just as smart as you like. Does that make it okay that you have so much? I get paid once a month, so my my check accounts huge. It's like a tidal wave comes in and then on the second it's empty again. Oh my god, speaking my language. Bad with Money is back now for season four. Listen in Stitcher, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. M
