Episode description

Legendary Broadcaster Ben Wright shares his insights on the Ryder Cup on this segment of Next on the Tee Golf Podcast. Hear his insights on why the US team lost, what they need to change going forward, and why the Ryder Cup means more to the European team. Mr. Wright also shared his memory of the 1969 Ryder Cup and "The Concession" between Jack Nicklaus and Tony Jacklin. He talks about why Nicklaus conceeding a 2 foot putt on the last hole to half their singles match, halving the overall competition and retaining the Ryder Cup for the US, was still such a big deal.
