Sian Rodway is the Chief Operating Officer at tech consultancy MDRx where she has spent the last couple of years leading on building out their Web3 offering.

Lauren talks to Sian where they strip back the hype and have an honest conversation about what Web3 can do today, asking whether a business really needs to be on the blockchain, and about avoiding ‘tech for tech’s sake’.

They also dive into what kind of jobs and skills are in demand in the Web3 space, and reminisce about the olden days of the internet when pop ups and anti-virus software were the norm
