Episode description

Oyin Adebayo is on a mission to economically empower Black women. She is the Founder and CEO of Niyo Group, with a set of bootcamps, a hair & beauty offering, and now a Web3 offering with Niyo Dapp rewarding creators and users in crypto for creating content.

She has advised charities, policymakers, worked on youth engagement and has now turned her attentions to helping Black women succeed in the next iteration of the internet and helping creators.

We talk about her early mornings (Oyin wakes up for the day at 4am!), the trials and tribulations of building on the blockchain, and the creator economy.
