Andre Viette has a list of favorite plants. The problem is, the list is soooo long, there's no way for Andre to talk about them in one hour of "In the Garden with Andre Viette". So, this hour, Andre highlights some of the beautiful plants on his list.
Most gardeners think about mulching in the spring. It's a great tool for controlling weeds. But Andre Viette says fall mulching is also good. The layer of mulch can help protect your plants during winter and cold weather.
Fall can bring cool temperatures and some nights freezing temperatures. Andre Viette talks about how to protect your plants from a freezing cold night and how to protect plant roots from extreme cold during the winter months.
