Ryan Foley joins the show to discuss the Out & Back Project! In efforts to raise money for Feeding America, Ryan completed a grueling 300 mile cycling/running challenge from New York City to Syracuse in 10 days. In the process, Ryan raised money to provide over 300k meals to people in need across the state of New York. We discuss why he chose this challenge, the training it took to get ready, and stories from the day 10 journey.
