Imagine going to a restaurant, a waiter waits on you and provides you delightful service. You spent that evening very well and enjoyed the entire time. How much would you tip the waiter?
Now if we imagine a completely opposite scenario, the waiter wasn't able to handle things well, he brought you the wrong order, he spilt your water, he took all the time in the world to finally get your food. How much would you tip him? Both the waiters could really use a good tip, maybe the latter had a lot running in his mind, maybe he tried to do his best but some things weren't in his hand, maybe he's not so experienced, maybe a good tip can help him pull himself back together.
