Regular listeners of the show will know that in just 8 days the House of Commons will be voting on pharmacare for Canadians in the form of Bill C-213. This legislation creates the framework for life saving medication, regardless of ability to pay. It is a step to towards equity in our system, and finishing the job of Universal Medicare envisioned by Tommy Douglas.
