In a landmark decision the Human Rights Tribunal has delivered a verdict that the government of Canada must pay the maximum reparations to victims of the residential ‘school’ system. What could have been a moment of national unity ha now become a stain on Canadian society. Then, newly elected Liberal MP George Chahal in Calgary was caught stealing Conservative campaign literature from the door on a home security camera. In a test of personal ethics, George fails miserably. A new report from the Canadian Business Development Corporation says that 52% of small and medium businesses are struggling with a ‘labour shortage’. Apparently we need to educate the capitalists about supply and demand.
