Episode description

The New Brunswick election results were tough to watch. The Greens didn’t double their caucus and the NDP got hammered. Abram Lutes joins us to discuss just what happened, why the PCs and Blaine Higgs trounced... well everyone... and what the future holds for the NB electorate.

Erin O’Toole says he doesn’t want an election but he’s crisscrossing the country in full campaign mode. The Liberals are saying the same but haven’t consulted any of their likely support in the NDP or Greens. Elections are coming And O’Toole’s populist messaging should worry the left and will likely shock the Liberals.

We announce the winner of the subscribe & share contest, put out a call for regional correspondents, and are joined by friend of the show, Dr. Brandon Doucet to hear an update on his work to organize for Universal Dentalcare.
