Kevin Smith, GOP Candidate for US Senate, Live from the US-Mexico Border

On this edition of The New Hampshire Journal podcast, one of the Republican candidates for U.S. Senate, former Londonderry Town Manager Kevin Smith, calls in from the Arizona/Mexico border to talk about the Biden immigration and border security policies. Smith notes that his potential opponent, Sen. Maggie Hassan, voted against funding the wall and against returning to the "Remain in Mexico" policy that many experts believe would help bring the current border crisis to a close.

And Drew Cline from the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy evaluates the New Democratic talking point on inflation: It's all COVID's fault. Does that pass muster among trained economists? Cline says "Follow the science!"
