Joselyn Baldner is the President and CEO of Central Bank, making history as the first woman to hold this position at the institution. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, she has built a career grounded in hard work, collaboration, and trailblazing leadership. Joselyn began her career as a teller and steadily advanced through various roles, including branch manager and director of retail. In 2018, she graduated from the prestigious ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. In 2021, she was named President and CEO of Central Bank, where she continues to set high expectations for herself and her team, focusing on excellent customer care and individual employee development.
