Hi, this is Nevermind Abroadcast and this is your host, Izzy Smut. So I recently posted that I am going to be your host and here I am, hosting this podcast. Well, I'm calling it a broadcast because why not? I'm a broad. So I wanted to take the time to introduce you guys and what's going to take place. It's going to be... So I wanted to find bands and find music that you probably don't even know about yet and you should because mainstream music sucks. It sucks. We all know it sucks. It's trash.
It's garbage. We don't want that. We want stuff that's good, stuff that's underground, stuff that you don't even know about yet. It's basically the stuff that you would go into a record store and you have to dig through it. That's what I want. So, bands, if you are in the punk genre, meaning different kinds of punk, it could be garage punk, it could be hardcore punk, it could be street punk, Pogo punk, punk punk, punk in your face. I don't give a shit.
Punk, send your track to me at izzysmut@gmail.com and I definitely want to play it. So definitely if you send me an email, send me a little bit about your band. I definitely want to know more and I also want to know where you guys are from, anywhere that you guys are playing. I will spread the word. So once I have your email information, just feel free to spread the word on this podcast because I definitely want to hear some tracks, hear some new music and put them on my show.

The reason why I wanted to do this is because it's something I wanted to do for a very long time and just never had the chance to do it and I figured that now is the time to do it because why not? And I'm also not like other hosts.
I am awkward, I am weird and I also have a lot of energy, weird energy and I don't know where to hell to put it so I'm going to put it right here. So it's in your earhole. Oh well. So I wanted to do this for a long time. I've also been in bands so I know how it is. I've toured and probably bands that you probably don't even know about but it's okay but I've toured, I've tried to promote my music on social media. Half the time it takes a very long time for anyone to know about you but guess what?
It's okay because when they find you it's the best moment in history because then you're happy and then they buy your music, you found your tribe. So that's what I want to do. I want to find my tribe also but I also want good music to find its tribe so to speak. I also can't wait to listen to some music that is good that's going to make me have hope for what's new music that's out there today because so far a lot of it is sound is starting to sound the same so come on give me something good. I want something good. Don't we all? So that's what I wanted to say and this is my first one, my first little podcast. It's like my little baby so I'm going to be posting every single week also.
I'm outside by the way and I just saw a piss jug. That's my first piss jug I've ever seen in my life. It's crazy. Anyways, I had to throw that there because I'm outside walking. That's why I sound out of breath. I'm not nervous. I'm just extremely out of shape. So by the way, in regards to all this, thank you for listening.
