Robert Pilsen-Rahier was just fifteen years old when he vanished from a residential psychiatric treatment facility on July 6, 1990. After speaking with his mom on the phone just hours before and telling her he needed to tell her something, Robert vanished among conflicting reports of what really happened to him. Staff at the center claims he ran away while on an outing. But evidence suggests that may not be the case.
