Ghost Towns & Tuscarora

Episode #37 of the Nevada Magazine radio show features respective interviews with Las Vegas resident Nick Moody, a "ghost-towner," and Gail Rappa, president of Friends of Tuscarora and Independence Valley.

In the show's first half-hour, Nevada Magazine Associate Editor Eric Cachinero recounts his summer tour of southwestern Nevada ghost towns, which was organized by Moody (pictured above). In the show's second half-hour, Rappa talks about the new Tuscarora Society Hall and what else travelers to the small northeastern Nevada town can expect.
