Wanted to be true with all of you and myself particularly on this subject tonight. Tonight I went back into the porn rabbit hole and went for a fap. Not only for the reason that I let my ego get the best of me or let my dopamine addictions and impulsions control my mind, but I also went back with the intention of analysing every little of my mouvement consciously and with precaution. Meaning: Paying attention to what was interesting me the most. And also asking myself why and actually trying my best to answer those questions with the best of my current ability of being true and authentic to myself. I gladly appreciated the experience and had this recurring thought in mind: there are some people that are going to be stuck in this downward spiral of instant gratification not only regarding sexuality in general but also in every aspect of their lives. I saw the fake in the eyes of the women… then I saw hypnotised man looking everywhere they could… and then I saw me. This little boy who got introduced to this culture when he was younger and accepted it as part of reality and part of the norm of society. I’m glad I can share this experience openly to the people with whom I have grown and put faith in. Some of you I trust fully and childishly and for the real friends and hearts that know me well… I will always challenge my trust in you because that’s where we build courage and confidence. Much love and stick to the discipline / practice, if you’re serious and want a trully successful trully meaningful trully beautiful trully fulfilling life. Not only with your wife, not only with your children, not only with your friends, not only with your parents, not only with your business partners, not only with your enemies, not only with random people you have never meet… but also with your own self.
