Strongfirst is an international strength coach education school and they do have one of the highest standards for the coaches and students they turn out. So for the man that is now the CEO of this school it is saying a lot. Fabio lives just outside of Venice Italy and of course has been on serious lockdown. We touch on this, his free strength program he released, Strongfirst as a school of strength, and his own history.
Fabio Zonin has been in the strength world since the 80's and is a wealth of knowledge and a kind soul.
