[SPEAKER_02]: We got days to talk about today because last week or Thursday, well, it meant that most of you with the guy on midnight did the Tendo switch to release you. [SPEAKER_02]: I told you me and quite the both told you when we was doing the breakdown after seeing the, uh, the Nintendo director once we get it, we're going to talk about it and guess what, we both got into no surprise of anyone.

[SPEAKER_02]: that at least out of our friend group or our extended friend groups, we will be the first ones to get it. [SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to talk about it, our experience is with it, and also there's some against fest this weekend. [SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to talk a little bit about that. [SPEAKER_02]: I put that on reserve and I put Street Fighter VI. [SPEAKER_02]: Street Fighter VI was the only game with the only launch title that I got the Mario Kart bundle. [SPEAKER_02]: So Street Fighter VI is the only launch title that I went and got.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, I was like, I want his way for Donkey Kong to come out in July. [SPEAKER_02]: And then see what's see what the plan is for the other games, which I will get to get a minute. [SPEAKER_02]: But then there are some games that I'm looking at that as come out, I'm just like, I kind of want to get that. [SPEAKER_02]: So I had that I put up a vlog.

[SPEAKER_02]: I went out in the midnight release because first you had to go and get your ticket and I went [SPEAKER_02]: And they started doing that in like three o'clock. [SPEAKER_02]: And the big one was I kind of went on a break and work. [SPEAKER_02]: I was like, let me just go out there and get it real quick. [SPEAKER_02]: I had to go get my daughter from school. [SPEAKER_02]: I said, let me just go get to this go and then pop in there real quick.

[SPEAKER_02]: There was just no pop up in show because which I knew that was going to do this. [SPEAKER_02]: This is why I, this is why I wasn't even worried because we talked about this. [SPEAKER_02]: But I was just like Nintendo, and you know, Nintendo's not Sony, Nintendo's not Microsoft. [SPEAKER_02]: Nintendo knows that they're shit going sell. [SPEAKER_02]: and even with the high price point, the tender knows it should go to sell.

[SPEAKER_02]: So with the tender did was, and I've heard this, I got confirmation from Best Buy in Target. [SPEAKER_02]: I can't speak for Walmart. [SPEAKER_02]: I can't speak for Amazon or anything. [SPEAKER_02]: But with GameStop, Best Buy in Target, all got extra shipment of switches. [SPEAKER_02]: So what they were allowing you to do was use a lot to come in.

[SPEAKER_02]: First come first serve and it was just it was just they had bundles and they had the records which they all you had to do was it's come there and paid you know pay for it obviously full price that you could get your ticket and then once they arrived they ran out. [SPEAKER_02]: So when I went to games up I got the race to get the race to go the race ticket was for everybody that came pre-oriented when the pre-order date first got released.

[SPEAKER_02]: Then they had [SPEAKER_02]: And now it's like for the bundles and then like the blue tickets was for the ones who pre-order just a regular and then they had to wait to get for the ones who came that day. [SPEAKER_02]: They got tickets for the bundles and the other tickets for the regular. [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I heard the sending it at best by the end of the same thing in Target. [SPEAKER_02]: So they had a lot of extra switches to break.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I was cool with that because before you could do that with PSI, when that first came out. [SPEAKER_02]: So having all this extra stuff, so I want to have made that now, quite a different story, because quite though, God here is due to the tender online. [SPEAKER_04]: Now, quite a bit, I've got a whole different journey that I went through. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, talk about it.

[SPEAKER_04]: So this past Monday, because I go to book club because I read y'all, if y'all don't [SPEAKER_04]: I just said, right, I ain't talking to the little John, so we don't book, but I don't know, read a book, went for real. [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm at book club and my best friend, because yeah, she's my best friend and you going here, why? [SPEAKER_04]: My best friend. [SPEAKER_04]: She slides me a card. [SPEAKER_04]: So I was like, what, my birthday until September, you know, vergonation.

[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm like, what is this going on? [SPEAKER_04]: and I read the card and it got a little heart-felt note in there and about the time we've been friends twenty years something like that. [SPEAKER_04]: And it says by the way, this is your birthday gift and your Xmas gift. [SPEAKER_04]: And it says, it's the switch to it'll be here in the mail. [SPEAKER_04]: I say you playing games. [SPEAKER_04]: I look here in the face. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, I look here in the face.

[SPEAKER_04]: My best friend is a woman. [SPEAKER_04]: Ah, ah, y'all. [SPEAKER_04]: And I said, y'all playing games. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and I'm married too. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm winning RVD life. [SPEAKER_04]: So I was like, y'all playing games. [SPEAKER_04]: Like, this can't be real. [SPEAKER_04]: And it was in Nintendo Switch to ordered through the Nintendo.

[SPEAKER_04]: Like, no, how everybody was out there talking about how Nintendo [SPEAKER_04]: set out those little emails and stuff of, um, hey, if you got this email, then you'll be able to get a switch. [SPEAKER_04]: Well, I got the email. [SPEAKER_04]: And she had informed me a couple of weeks ago that she had neat needed them because she was buying extra ones for other people in our life. [SPEAKER_04]: This is not unknown to her. [SPEAKER_04]: This is a very thing that happened.

[SPEAKER_04]: It happened with the Xbox one. [SPEAKER_04]: It happened with the PS five and so on and so forth. [SPEAKER_04]: So I was like, [SPEAKER_04]: At the way my checking accounts and savings set up, I was getting it from the rip anyway. [SPEAKER_04]: So I passed that code on her. [SPEAKER_04]: Unnosed to me. [SPEAKER_04]: That was for me. [SPEAKER_04]: So at the right. [SPEAKER_04]: So after telling her that if something happens to my wife, she's on that just so she know what it is.

[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, yes, we're too. [SPEAKER_04]: Well, what you get else than the promotion, you do get a job, you should move up, right? [SPEAKER_04]: That's all I'm saying. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's sad like you try to start shooting with this extra banner. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna say, I don't know who this is, but you just put all this extra banner like, you know what I'm saying? [SPEAKER_02]: Like, all this is a lead to scene.

[SPEAKER_04]: So to stay on to not think I see what you're doing. [SPEAKER_04]: The next day I get an email from FedEx, like, you know, my stuff is on the way. [SPEAKER_04]: But it says, I'm gonna take three to nine business days. [SPEAKER_04]: You know what? [SPEAKER_04]: I'll get it when I get it. [SPEAKER_04]: That's fine. [SPEAKER_04]: That Wednesday, you know what? [SPEAKER_04]: We're out for delivery. [SPEAKER_04]: Excuse me. [SPEAKER_04]: You told me three to nine business days.

[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, the ten of what? [SPEAKER_04]: Why? [SPEAKER_04]: Right. [SPEAKER_04]: Right. [SPEAKER_04]: What do we talk about? [SPEAKER_04]: Because I believe the system of this officially released Wednesday at midnight, right? [SPEAKER_04]: If I'm not wrong, like midnight as in that is now Thursday, correct? [SPEAKER_02]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: So I was like, that's crazy. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm looking at the tracker. [SPEAKER_04]: I said, oh, definitely be here.

[SPEAKER_04]: It's out for delivery. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: It starts now. [SPEAKER_04]: It didn't come Wednesday. [SPEAKER_04]: I didn't expect it. [SPEAKER_04]: I know how mail works. [SPEAKER_04]: Thursday, eight in a morning. [SPEAKER_04]: My friend called me. [SPEAKER_04]: Hey, any update yet. [SPEAKER_04]: No, I didn't think she got hers through Walmart. [SPEAKER_04]: That was on her doorstep at six a.m. [SPEAKER_04]: I said, that's crazy. [SPEAKER_04]: That's insane.

[SPEAKER_04]: Ten, twenty, seven. [SPEAKER_04]: I am sitting with my wife watching the amazing race because we like that show. [SPEAKER_04]: It's hilarious. [SPEAKER_04]: So doorbell rings, FedEx man. [SPEAKER_04]: Box at the door. [SPEAKER_04]: I said, that's insane. [SPEAKER_04]: Open up the box, switch to, lovely thank you letter from Nintendo. [SPEAKER_04]: By the way, through Walmart, hers came with pringles, yes, pringles as in chips. [SPEAKER_02]: I got so to kill my two, go ahead.

[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: My husband's just got to thank you no from Nintendo and by the way, because you got to through us, his ten dollars for the e-shop. [SPEAKER_04]: Thank you guys. [SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate you. [SPEAKER_04]: And that's how I came into my Nintendo Switch. [SPEAKER_04]: Now I'll tell you, now I missed any, I believe yours is the Mario Kart Bundle. [SPEAKER_04]: Correct. [SPEAKER_04]: Correct. [SPEAKER_04]: Mine's was not.

[SPEAKER_04]: But what you won't be mad for her. [SPEAKER_04]: I got Switch too. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm happy. [SPEAKER_02]: The dream had a pay for it. [SPEAKER_04]: Right. [SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, that was my experience of coming into my switch to. [SPEAKER_02]: So, we're happy with as we, I was going to go back and midnight anyway, cause I was like, I haven't done a midnight release in ten years.

[SPEAKER_02]: The last midnight release I've been to was for, wait, wait for, cause I told the guys a game stop with my last, and it was like, what? [SPEAKER_02]: I was like, Call of Duty Black Up Street and Street Fighter V was my last midnight release. [SPEAKER_02]: That was human stuff. [SPEAKER_04]: I want to let you know, some of those might, some of those people were in that game. [SPEAKER_04]: I probably wasn't legal yet. [SPEAKER_04]: Well, you was out there doing that.

[SPEAKER_04]: Come on, twenty, twenty, twenty. [SPEAKER_04]: That's ten years ago. [SPEAKER_04]: That's ten years ago. [SPEAKER_04]: I was a different person ten years ago. [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_02]: I was like man, man, they released back then. [SPEAKER_02]: That's the last time I went to a midnight release. [SPEAKER_02]: So I was just like, I'm actually got to be sad for about, but then I realized I'll take years old.

[SPEAKER_02]: Look, that age and that son going down hit different on the body, that ten years ago. [SPEAKER_02]: Now, I sat there and I went at them. [SPEAKER_04]: Well, first of all, if I'm sure of anybody who's been listening for ten years, they can just look at the facial pictures of you. [SPEAKER_04]: Look at that. [SPEAKER_04]: It loses grip on it. [SPEAKER_04]: I'll be quiet. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that great cover that crazy way. [SPEAKER_02]: I hate it. [SPEAKER_02]: I hate it.

[SPEAKER_02]: No, it was a cool crowd.

[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, you, you know, you, you had some [SPEAKER_02]: U.S. [SPEAKER_02]: was trying to be cool for everybody about just like do we we two over this a by this line thirty enough a y'all clearly just hit twenty so you know because they did they came in there and it was skirt around the park a lot of young one one line one was young across and I was like up

[SPEAKER_02]: He go to people that want to be Fred boys, but then not, but you know, I was like, all right, you know, like, y'all, it's midnight. [SPEAKER_02]: You're not got time for this shit at all. [SPEAKER_02]: But I want up there because, you know, what, this one, I hate what Gates I does do though. [SPEAKER_02]: Everybody's waiting in line and there's nobody I did to tell everybody how the lines posted go.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so we all end the back line because we got there at like eleven forty. [SPEAKER_02]: And I go up to the guy and I'm just like, hey, I got a red ticket. [SPEAKER_02]: So, [SPEAKER_02]: We were he said well if you got the rent ticket Which he said this the line you got me because we're only taking the rent tickets in first because the order first of pre-order and I was like so The gentleman doesn't be staying all the way back there And he said so what should number us out?

[SPEAKER_02]: Fifteen he was like okay, what were all the delts here? [SPEAKER_02]: So figure out who's sixty that was it's like Thanks guy Huh, thanks guy, you know Thank you, so thank you to you know to all the car people [SPEAKER_02]: that there was in line. [SPEAKER_02]: I was just like, hey, what should I do? [SPEAKER_02]: There's like, oh, well, I'm seventeen. [SPEAKER_02]: And he said, I'm so you're right for the bus. [SPEAKER_02]: Cool. [SPEAKER_02]: I flag my, well, I didn't kind of go.

[SPEAKER_02]: We call each week to the front VIPs. [SPEAKER_02]: We in the front. [SPEAKER_02]: So we, we go there. [SPEAKER_02]: And then, of course, we would sit in this way. [SPEAKER_02]: So once, once, once somebody goes in there, they get their tuition. [SPEAKER_02]: They come back and do that stuff. [SPEAKER_02]: I did. [SPEAKER_02]: One guy came out with six bags.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, deep stuff, I was like, bro, six to, it had to be six to seven begs, is he bought multiple A-he bought every single accessory to be had? [SPEAKER_04]: See, I don't know if anybody else realized this, but like he just said, between ten years and now we're adults, we're full adults. [SPEAKER_04]: So when we're talking, twenties to thirties, you know what I'm saying? [SPEAKER_02]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: Black dot check switch came out the first week of June.

[SPEAKER_04]: Now, I don't know if y'all listen to bone thugs, but it's the first of them. [SPEAKER_04]: Listen. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: And first of all, you six bags at that time, we, we talk at least four figures. [SPEAKER_02]: It, it, it's seriously. [SPEAKER_02]: It was on top of that. [SPEAKER_02]: First of all, the cattle point. [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, it ain't just toys going to thirties. [SPEAKER_02]: It's late. [SPEAKER_02]: Twins going in the late thirties.

[SPEAKER_04]: So first off you ain't had to add the late in there. [SPEAKER_04]: I know my life about beginning with a four big one. [SPEAKER_02]: I did for five but I go in there and then it was like listen you got the bundle and you have access to any of these accessories that you want [SPEAKER_02]: Because since we, since history pre-ordered, uh, all of our people, they got way lost, so they got something they got something, but they had limited.

[SPEAKER_02]: So since I was one of one of the people in the, on the actual pre-ordered date, I had access to any of, uh, to the camera, to a case, to screen, and if you got the warranty, they gave you a screen protector for free.

[SPEAKER_02]: Now, my payday wanted to, [SPEAKER_02]: Thursday and the way my cow setup you don't hit him and I hit seven more than I hate that Because if he hit and admit that I don't been like yeah, though those are some of the things on it You know a couple of no games on it, but now I said I just need to switch and I couldn't even pick on Street Fighter six I had to come back and get that the next the quotations the next day But if you got it you got a tote bag and a red ball and

[SPEAKER_02]: So, he said, you want to come up with a complimentary rainbow? [SPEAKER_02]: I said, yeah, I did that rainbow. [SPEAKER_02]: I did the rainbow. [SPEAKER_02]: I took out the tote bag. [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you're seeing it in the vlog. [SPEAKER_02]: I said, I came outside with the tote bag and everything. [SPEAKER_02]: The people out there was cool stuff. [SPEAKER_02]: They did a good, a good mix of people. [SPEAKER_02]: I went there and I looked at it in the car.

[SPEAKER_02]: I came home and I said, listen, if I know, I said, if I start talking something right now, it tries to transfer everything over when I got to go take my kids to school tomorrow and go to work. [SPEAKER_02]: I said no, I won't leave it in the bag, I won't leave. [SPEAKER_02]: And then I did that. [SPEAKER_02]: And the next day, when I got off, where I always took out all four, because I was like, don't nobody bother me. [SPEAKER_02]: Because I'm doing, I'm doing the unboxy.

[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't know a video for why this unboxy thing. [SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, oh, I had to tell you, man. [SPEAKER_02]: I knew it was in for something new when I opened that box and the screen itself was the lip of the box. [SPEAKER_04]: I gotta tell you, you're not wrong there. [SPEAKER_04]: Except for first box crack. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm sitting there because like I said, pick it up from the door and I just don't got some other one here.

[SPEAKER_04]: Like, like, I can tell the weight difference here. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I want that guy over there. [SPEAKER_02]: I was just like, yikes, this the the the screen itself is about the lift of the Nintendo switch screen plus the joy card. [SPEAKER_05]: No, you're not wrong. [SPEAKER_05]: Open that up. [SPEAKER_04]: Look, listen. [SPEAKER_04]: Dad's on with. [SPEAKER_05]: Back to back.

[SPEAKER_02]: I said, this is, this is, this is, this is, this is, this is, this is big piece of hardware. [SPEAKER_02]: And then, I, okay, well, let's try these joy cards. [SPEAKER_02]: First of all, these joy cards. [SPEAKER_02]: I had to say this right now. [SPEAKER_02]: Look, I, for, for what, as much as I love my switch, I was on big fan of joy cards, especially because, like, me and Quadra said before, we play a lot of fighting games.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that, you know, those old four buttons on the left, where the D-pass should be, it wasn't working for me. [SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you this right now. [SPEAKER_02]: I still want to D-Pit, but I have been able to play my fighting games with those buttons on the left side because the joy kind is much bigger.

[SPEAKER_02]: It would be heavy big hands that it's, I was like, oh, I was playing Mortal Kombat, I was playing Street Fighter VI, [SPEAKER_02]: I was playing, I even just tried to power it to better for the girls doing all this stuff and I was like, okay, I can work with this. [SPEAKER_02]: But just because the jerk has much bigger and those magnets work. [SPEAKER_02]: And look, for people I didn't listen, it's a strong magnet. [SPEAKER_02]: It holds, it's durable.

[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen this people talk about some. [SPEAKER_02]: You can't pull it with enough force. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, I'm not sitting there turning my hands white to pull off the jerk. [SPEAKER_02]: I just approved a point. [SPEAKER_02]: If you want to do that, fine. [SPEAKER_04]: Let me jump in. [SPEAKER_04]: Let me jump in. [SPEAKER_04]: Now, first off, you're right. [SPEAKER_04]: But I will say this to the count of point of the joy times.

[SPEAKER_04]: This is for people with big hands. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: I have there and now experience people with small hands grabbing the joy cons and they look like, I don't know. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm so damn, they got the, sorry man, I please we have some more hands. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna rip that switch. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, okay, twist. [SPEAKER_04]: You really look like a cat playing with a ball. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to grab with a slide. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, it can work.

[SPEAKER_04]: But it's really better if you have medium to large size hands. [SPEAKER_04]: If you have small hands, it might be a little bit of work. [SPEAKER_04]: And then what you said about the joy cons, if anybody go back to the review, that was my biggest fear. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know I'm going to hold you from the gate. [SPEAKER_04]: I was like, I don't know about this magnet. [SPEAKER_04]: This seems like this seems like negative waiting to happen.

[SPEAKER_04]: I want to let you know, I've done all the stupid people tests. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I call them the super people tests. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to just hold the thing by one side on the map. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Work. [SPEAKER_04]: It does. [SPEAKER_04]: Now, let me tell you there. [SPEAKER_04]: Don't have your hand between that magnet. [SPEAKER_04]: But for anyone that needs to understand this, there is a high powered magnet in the console.

[SPEAKER_04]: And actually, and I noticed just because playing a Nintendo tour, shout out to that game, which you think I used to know at each shop card for. [SPEAKER_04]: That makes sense. [SPEAKER_04]: The Ellen R buttons on the side of the Joy-Cons are made of steel. [SPEAKER_04]: And that's why it's so strong. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: It will clip you something good. [SPEAKER_04]: Anybody that's ever had a finger pinched that can happen. [SPEAKER_04]: Be safe.

[SPEAKER_04]: Also, I was another thing I was worried about since we talked about the area. [SPEAKER_04]: Joy cars like, man, somebody gonna put it all in a wrong way and it's gonna be stuck. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how to say this. [SPEAKER_04]: It works. [SPEAKER_04]: We do have one every way. [SPEAKER_04]: That's so weird. [SPEAKER_02]: You can put it on. [SPEAKER_02]: Backwards, you can put it on. [SPEAKER_02]: All kinds of ways, one different size and they still work.

[SPEAKER_05]: Right, it still works. [SPEAKER_04]: Now, I have learned it will only charge if they're on the appropriate way. [UNKNOWN]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: But that doesn't mean it doesn't connect any other way. [SPEAKER_04]: So you can't really accidentally put it on as with apparently people was doing it with the last, which was I still think it's crazy. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what's going on there doing it. [SPEAKER_04]: Y'all sounds stupid. [SPEAKER_04]: But it does connect all ways.

[SPEAKER_04]: It's a powerful magnet that relates button. [SPEAKER_04]: It's seamless to use. [SPEAKER_04]: I legit afford this call, cut it in the dock to put a little bit of charge on it. [SPEAKER_04]: And then connected to control is after the charge. [SPEAKER_04]: I didn't have to do like I had to do. [SPEAKER_04]: Let me take it off the dock slide. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm on a slide man, put the die back in. [SPEAKER_04]: No, I'll just in the dark.

[SPEAKER_04]: All right, you won't start making it a little noise. [SPEAKER_04]: It's gonna do it every time. [SPEAKER_04]: And just connect the kept going. [SPEAKER_04]: All right. [SPEAKER_04]: Y'all got me, I was wrong, I want to enjoy the cons, but I was worried and I couldn't admit that, I'm grown. [SPEAKER_02]: It's just cool because in the first guy I did was transfer my data from my original, from my switch-on lead to, attempt to switch to.

[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why some games need a update patch to help, you know, it's supported on on that screen and handheld mode, but something like Street Fighter VI looks great, though. [SPEAKER_02]: Now to be fair they had been patched up their games to the point where it has become enjoyable and playable on the first Nintendo Switch, but it's still you know, it's still a first switch game and there's still some delays. [SPEAKER_02]: when I, so I put it, I, I loaded up right on Nintendo Switch II and to the point was it loaded so fast. [SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't even prepared for it because I was doing other stuff because I'm so used to it being taking a long time low.

[SPEAKER_02]: Then they got right to the title screen. [SPEAKER_02]: I said, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: I said that this was part of the game. [SPEAKER_02]: So I put out the game. [SPEAKER_02]: I see the animation to the characters on screen and since you did it in the camels is walking up in them like, oh my God, it's working.

[SPEAKER_02]: I could just put my cursor over the character and it's going to show them and then they got the intros and it goes right into everything and it is a consistent sixty FPS throughout the whole gameplay. [SPEAKER_02]: I was height. [SPEAKER_02]: I was height. [SPEAKER_02]: That was amazing. [SPEAKER_04]: That's amazing that it looked that well because that game was not it. [SPEAKER_02]: it's weak and then also it's it says it's a bigger system and it's a little bit heavier when I'm playing in a handheld mode I've experienced hand cramps because of how it's still laid out and that's why I was like I need to get me a grip for it so I could it could be comfortable in my hands kind of what I have with my nitro deck I got that grip so it's comfortable in my hands I've seen you got a couple grips I did to get for a for it to make it comfortable in your hands because you need that for especially for for the weight that this thing has

[SPEAKER_04]: Now, let me actually about the hands things. [SPEAKER_04]: Are you sure that's the switch and not your grill and the muffs that you got going on over there? [SPEAKER_02]: It's bigger. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, but once again, the Joy-Cons are still a flat smooth surface. [SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't have the grip controls like a steam deck does. [SPEAKER_02]: That's what makes it a steam deck is a heavier system.

[SPEAKER_02]: When you make it, when you make it in a heavier system, [SPEAKER_02]: And it's going to be bigger. [SPEAKER_02]: You're going to naturally need it because it's going to rest in your hands. [SPEAKER_02]: If your hands don't have nothing to rest on, it can cause it. [SPEAKER_02]: It can cause a little cramping in there. [SPEAKER_02]: Especially play a Mario car because you hold the net a button. [SPEAKER_02]: Take celery. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I had to get a different type of HDMI cord to hook up to the TV. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because it has a different output strength. [SPEAKER_04]: You are, we are complaining about issues that aren't really issues. [SPEAKER_02]: I am so tired of seeing so many of these people in one video talk about stuff. [SPEAKER_02]: You got got or the either the problems with the switch to or I've uttered press or this is this is not uh, creative enough for Nintendo.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I was like, y'all finding reasons to be mad at something that you wanted to be more mad about because you wanted to fail because one, you, you father the price too high and the system's great. [SPEAKER_02]: It bothers you got to say that if you got a place yet because all the complaints came with their original switch and I'm like listen I see if any broke on fix it ever and as as right now they've updated the Nintendo switch.

[SPEAKER_02]: But now for it to be a hybrid console with the power of a PS four. [SPEAKER_02]: And two, you know what I'm saying? [SPEAKER_02]: I just went from other stuff.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, because that's why I got to portal. [SPEAKER_02]: But it's good as to place your portal is is limited because you need Wi-Fi. [SPEAKER_02]: And you need good Wi-Fi. [SPEAKER_02]: And whatever games you have with your PS five is what's loaded and whatever is if you have the disc, whatever is hidden is what you can play at the moment. [SPEAKER_02]: That's it. [SPEAKER_02]: And I got that much memory on my PS five. [SPEAKER_02]: So I can only play three games at a time.

[SPEAKER_02]: So it's limited. [SPEAKER_02]: But the switch to came out, I can go, but I can not only play great Nintendo first party games, but I can also play all the other games that I had, you know, the third party games, the AAA games, and there's more to come out. [SPEAKER_02]: There are more games to come out, and I didn't, once we learned about it a lot about it at the Summer Game Fest. [SPEAKER_02]: So I get, you know, we can just play, you know, go right on today night.

[SPEAKER_02]: Once again, I didn't see all. [SPEAKER_02]: I never seen some of the game fans. [SPEAKER_02]: And I only reacted to the trailers that I actually want to see stuff like that. [SPEAKER_02]: But we did get a lot of good news, a lot of things from some of the game fans. [SPEAKER_02]: The first thing we probably should talk about, which I had to say, they had a position event, they had an explosive event.

[SPEAKER_02]: It does not mean that these days they'll come out on other systems, just the other day right now. [SPEAKER_02]: Because I, when I heard about Mortal Kombat legacy, I said, they know what you're not putting in some of the switch to. [SPEAKER_02]: And then they came out and said that this is also going to be on the switch too.

[SPEAKER_02]: So, but, and by the way, since I get to have a Mortal Kombat mark, if you want to put it for the rest of the terms, they have a Mortal Kombat legacy coming out. [SPEAKER_02]: I was like so was Dragon Ball Fighters with Marvel characters. [SPEAKER_02]: This is saying that thing popped off beautifully. [SPEAKER_02]: And I'm just like, oh my goodness. [SPEAKER_02]: And if you go back and look on their website and look at information, there's going to be two ways to play.

[SPEAKER_02]: But honestly, with games like four before like this in a team fighting game, twenty six characters is usually the standard for fighting games, because three fighters six got two of six characters. [SPEAKER_02]: And so that's your standard. [SPEAKER_02]: Thirty would be good. [SPEAKER_02]: We'll be good, but I think with a four V four, forty would be great. [SPEAKER_04]: But once again, I think by the way, I think a lot of light light light light light light.

[SPEAKER_04]: I'm okay with people trying different, I mean, once in a while, if you watch invincible or [SPEAKER_04]: If you've read invincible, you know ideally without any spoilers, it is a story of super power characters. [SPEAKER_04]: That battle with one another. [SPEAKER_04]: Or if you played Mortal Kombat, the most recent one, I'm pretty sure you know who I'm the man is.

[SPEAKER_04]: So, [SPEAKER_05]: to release a fighting game of power characters fighting on, which looks like the traditional flat screen side, side-by-side fighting of people with their special powers and abilities fighting against each other with bar-like mechanics and special bars. [SPEAKER_05]: Why not give it a shot? [SPEAKER_05]: If you like eventsable, this might be pretty interesting. [SPEAKER_05]: Now, I would go on off the card, which I would call cards when he graphics.

[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: I would wonder how in deaf certain things look because anybody that's watched or read it invisible, no it can be graphic. [SPEAKER_04]: It can be so. [SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, that's something to wonder about, but to see these other characters you don't normally see in any type of aspect, even highlighting them in this light gives them room to become guest characters in other fighting games over time because of their popularity.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then, you go back, you gotta keep the rituals you take about, maybe a couple of them out, and then you bring in some new characters, and then when your next title comes out, you take out the new characters, [SPEAKER_02]: to bring in some other new characters, but then you, all your older characters, you just make a big amount of DLC and why. [SPEAKER_04]: See, this is how I'm thinking about that.

[SPEAKER_04]: I think the reason for that is, um, it gives more playability on the new characters because, I mean, the traditional thought and I'm not saying everybody feels this way. [SPEAKER_04]: If certain old characters are there, I'm not going to get to the new character, because I'm just going to evolve upon my old character. [SPEAKER_04]: And especially in the idea of people playing fighting games, you have a main.

[SPEAKER_04]: If you made Seagot from the gates, and you have Seagot from the rip, from past systems, you might have never played a doll. [SPEAKER_04]: But if you put a doll there and not to put Seagot there, [SPEAKER_04]: Then it's like, okay, well, I guess I'll try this person because they know you gonna place the gotten me, he come around anyway. [SPEAKER_04]: So that's the only way I think that that would happen.

[SPEAKER_04]: It gives players and it forces players to play out their comfort zone and play out the people. [SPEAKER_04]: Because when they knew carrots, when they originally cared to come back, they're gonna default it on anyway. [SPEAKER_04]: If I'm saying for me, if you release the smash brother's game with Kirby, I'm probably picking up Kirby from the game.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's like, so that's how I just understood why Street Fighter is like their characters can be in the base game and nobody else takes it.

[SPEAKER_02]: But once again, it shows because Mortal Kombat, technically, if you take the one away, Mortal Kombat is on thirteen and she fights on six because she fights at a different addition as they come out. [SPEAKER_02]: You know, that tick a ball at a time. [SPEAKER_04]: We all know Street Fighter come out about three times before you get to the next one.

[SPEAKER_04]: The only thing I'm checking for when it comes in the levels of Microsoft is Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I can't get manual now, bro. [SPEAKER_02]: I can't get manual now, I just know this. [SPEAKER_02]: The PlayStation Portal was a test. [SPEAKER_02]: I have the portal, the portal so really well.

[SPEAKER_02]: They made limited amounts of them because they know how it was going to sell and it was a high demand to get it back. [SPEAKER_02]: Sony had, Sony looks at it was like, okay, this was the test to see if let's get back into the handheld marketing again. [SPEAKER_02]: And I, I strongly believe by next year, they will announce a PSV to two.

[SPEAKER_02]: a PSP two or their next portable game consequences the only other gaming console that was able to put Nintendo on their heels was PlayStation in my line oh you heard everybody that said something right okay oh when that PSP came out when PS you all don't understand how powerful they were when PSP came out [SPEAKER_02]: Nintendo had to pivot, okay? [SPEAKER_02]: Because that day was coming at them and then on top of that, then they brought the Vita.

[SPEAKER_02]: The Vita's ain't never getting no support. [SPEAKER_02]: The Vita had more support. [SPEAKER_02]: It could have been a more successful system, but then on top of that though, you had at that time when the Vita Vita, the PSP came out in two thousand five. [SPEAKER_02]: And I, I don't know, I got that on launch day, okay? [SPEAKER_02]: And at that time in two thousand five, I think they was doing the Nintendo [SPEAKER_02]: Was it the DS or the it was just a regular DS, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I suppose it was the DS because twenty years ago back when life was in black and white go it Is that because the DS I didn't come out until like two thousand seven right when he had the little camera on it That too he's in the fanboy I think I still got myself but yeah, it this is way before the the three DS and the three DS XL [SPEAKER_02]: P-P-S-P was killing the regular Nintendo DS. [SPEAKER_02]: And then this is back to old DS we had to flip it up.

[SPEAKER_02]: It had the two little small screens right there. [SPEAKER_02]: You remember that first DS? [SPEAKER_04]: Fat boy with the small screen bro. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Woo! [SPEAKER_02]: And P-S-P was like your fucked up screens. [SPEAKER_02]: Take this and on top of that, this is back before the Nintendo was even getting third party or AAA games on their systems.

[SPEAKER_02]: So PSPC, you want to play a basketball game, you want to play some fighting games, you want to play action, the fashion game, you want to play crash, man, the crew, you want to play tech in, you'll play all that, you'll play all that, you'll play all this PSP. [SPEAKER_02]: They had Nintendo on the heels, and you don't think, oh, you're okay, hand on your PC game, and you're expecting to have their little thing at the end of the year, I don't think it's going to do that well.

[SPEAKER_02]: It'll be alright, I mean, they'll give me the players going by then, but they're going to be me. [SPEAKER_02]: But I think Sony's just like, oh, we had our tests with the portal. [SPEAKER_02]: It's so well. [SPEAKER_02]: Now we know what to do with it. [SPEAKER_02]: Because right now to be fair, if you come on with a hand help, you got to be able to compete with the switch. [SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry about Microsoft. [SPEAKER_02]: He got worried about the tendo.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you got it. [SPEAKER_02]: What I think, huh? [SPEAKER_04]: What I would say would be big in these Xbox and Sony systems coming out. [SPEAKER_04]: As long as they're steaming table, they'll help a lot. [SPEAKER_04]: So if anybody should be sweating, it's the steam deck, because they just watching itself become obsolete. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's, you know, it's a good point.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I, like I said, I'm not even sweating, I'm gonna say it because they're dancing for this year. [SPEAKER_02]: So I'm just waiting. [SPEAKER_02]: So I'm going to guess. [SPEAKER_02]: So bookmark me right now. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to say next year. [SPEAKER_02]: They're going to be like, all right, well, [SPEAKER_02]: This is our new handheld system coming out.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, oh, yeah, now it was like we got the PS V to two or the PS P to or how we want to do it or [SPEAKER_02]: The new gaming or the new portal like whatever do you want to call it? [SPEAKER_02]: I'm telling you next year I They's really we think I'll probably make that nice of but guys That's all we got for today on the podcast.
