In this five-year anniversary lookback, we examine the merits and flaws of Zack Snyder's Batman v. Superman. Released as the second film in Warner Brothers' DCEU franchise, BvS opened to extremely mixed reviews, becoming one of the most divisive films in recent history. Snyder would later re-edit the film and release Batman v. Superman: The Ultimate Edition, adding over an hour of previously unreleased footage to the theatrical version. Join us as we compare and contrast both versions in anticipation of the upcoming release of Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max.
