Many times I've spoken of a Blonde Yoga Teacher on the internet being an unrelatable guru. And perhaps through that have manifested that very archetype onto the show through Emily. Her devoted practice in yoga mind-body Consciousness has brought her thoughts into razor sharp presence, self acceptance and disarming honesty. Which opens me into a fairly brave and real space. When talking about self love, I'm brought to forgive my own asshole past self for making such ignorant and over-simplified judgments about any people.
