This week, Darryl M Taliaferro is joined  by Dr. John R. Faison, Senior Pastor of the Watson Grove Baptist Church of Nashville, Tennessee. In this episode, Darryl and Dr. Faison discuss the various challenges African Americans have faced over the years, as well as the overt and covert trauma that is associated with it. In this episode Darryl and Dr. Faison explore such trauma by identifying the various points of origin both today and in yesteryear and in doing so, they explain how said trauma affects you mentally, emotional and physically.
