Admittedly, 2020 has be an interesting year! From the death of notable figures to the blatant racial inequality that has pervaded our world. This year, to say the absolute least, has been one for the books. However, with so much going on around us, every now and then we need to check on those who “appear” to be strong. The overall goal in this episode is to help you help yourself as well as your “strong” friend navigate through these uncertain times!
