The Fruit of the Spirit: Joy

We are reminded that as God continues to show His love towards us, then we can grow in maturity at displaying the Fruit of the Spirit, but we need to intentionally want to grow in them too.

There are various circumstances where it is easy to be joyful. The Bible describes many people who were aware that even though life was sometimes tough for them, they recognised God's grace and favour on them. God can help us to be joyful in spite of the situations we face. Jesus endured the terrible pain of the cross for the joy that knowing that we would be reconciled to His Father. Let's root ourselves in Jesus!
