In episode six of Navigate The Day, I'll be exploring the question of who I am and what I stand for as I strive to live a more stoic life. As the stoic philosopher Marcus Aurelius said, "Know, first, who you are, and then adorn yourself accordingly."
I give a brief breakdown of my journal entry answering the question "Who am I and what do I stand for?". I also discuss some of my why behind the answers.
Join me as I delve deeper into the wisdom of the stoics and discover how to clarify my sense of self and live in alignment with what truly matters to me.
