I reflect on my own journey of trying to control my emotions and how I've been working on handling them better. I share my personal experience of losing my cool and getting into an argument with a friend, which resulted in me saying some hurtful things. I regret my actions, but I also know that I need to learn from this situation and grow from it.
I emphasize the importance of slowing down and considering the consequences of our actions before reacting to a situation. I also acknowledge that it takes practice and patience to develop this habit of thinking before acting, but it is worth the effort.

I remind myself that change is inevitable and that embracing it is key to growth. I encourage myself to practice mindfulness to be more present in the moment and avoid impulsive behavior. With time and effort, thinking before acting can become a habit that will serve me well in life.
