Episode description

Say Hello

In this episode of Navigate the Day, we explore the powerful quote by Diogenes of Sinope and delve into the idea of valuing things that may not have significant worth. The journal prompt for today asks, "What valuable things do I sell too cheaply?" and I share my own personal experiences and reflections on this topic.

As I reflect on my past, I realize that I have sold many valuable things too cheaply, such as my own sanity and financial stability in exchange for attention and superficial pleasures. However, I am now focused on making positive changes in my life, including taking steps towards improving my financial stability and pursuing higher education.

I have come to the realization that happiness is not something that can be bought or sold, and that focusing on what I already have rather than what I lack is key to maintaining a positive mindset. I am also determined to find a workplace that aligns with my values and allows me to utilize my talents to the fullest.

Through mindfulness practices and self-reflection, I am learning to value the things that truly matter in life and not sell them short. Join me on this journey of self-discovery and growth, and let's learn to pay what things are truly worth.

Thank you for listening and joining me on my journey of self-discovery!
