Introduction to the Naked Human Podcast

Thank you for tuning in your consciousness to the Naked Human Podcast. I acknowledge your presence and what it took for you to be here today listening. My intention for you is that you receive what you came here for and find what you didn't know you needed. This podcast is about what it means to be a human being, what it really means to be naked, and how our relationship with Mother Nature has the power to heal us.

My name is Carrie Cott and I am a world renowned new nature photographer, licensed physician of oriental medicine, intuitive herbalist, and wild woman embodiment facilitator. I help women heal from sexual trauma, find their authentic voice, and distinguish between fear and intuition so they can be led by their deep feminine heart. I bring to life in this podcast. My own internal wisdom.

I will only share what I've lived and experienced on a personal level and as you listen, I encourage you to take from this what you need and. Fucking trash the rest. Happy listening.

Introduction to the Podcast

So I'm imagining you're here listening to this trailer so you can make a choice about whether to listen to this podcast or not. I want to support you in that decision and I'm going to do that by offering you some clarity about what this podcast is and isn't so you can make the right choice for you. First, I want to get out of the way who this podcast is not for, and my guess is if you can get past this part, there's a high probability this podcast is for you. So this podcast is not for you.

If any of the following are true, you have an aversion to raw, unedited, bold, emotional human expression. Nudity is a moral sin. If you're repulsed by me being a woman and speaking to that, if you do not connect to the notion that we are non physical, conscious beings having a physical experience and we are solely 100% responsible for everything we perceive. And especially if you do not believe that nature is a sentient being who is an alive, seeing, sensing and feeling being.

This podcast is not for you. So second, if you made it this far, I'm going to share with you what we do talk about and if it interests you, this may be a podcast worthy of your presence.

Exploring Vulnerability and Nature

We talk about nudity, which means actual physical body nakedness and the nakedness of being vulnerable and honest. We talk about nature, how we are a part of it and not apart from it, and the magical fucking healing powers that are available to us by being with nature.

I have conversations that include sexual and womb trauma like rape and abortion, societal judgments, menstrual blood, genital earth practices like yoni, sunning sexual energy, using your yoni, your genitalia as a portal, and the insane amount of courage it can take at times to honor your internal guidance, your intuition in the face of your own fears and doubts. So third, I'm not here to encourage you to be a nudist or a naturist or get you to do or not do something.

Introduction to the Host and Purpose of the Podcast

The conversations in this show are expressed from my personal wisdom or the wisdom of my guest. They are not a judgment of what is right or wrong for you and are created to inspire and awaken. If you find neither of those here for you, this podcast may not be for you. Fourth who am I? I'm Carrie Cott. I'm a human being just like you. I've been a licensed physician of oriental medicine since 2011.

I photograph humans naked in nature and I host wild woman nude ceremonies where we do earthy intimate practices to empties of junk and and fill us with the nourishment of Mother Earth, sisterhood and spirit. I've personally been taking nude self portraits in nature of myself since 2017 and it's been a foundation of why I do the work that I do now. You know the naked earthy stuff.

I have a huge, incredible deep passion for wolves, trees, feeling, emotions, laughing, authentic expression, touch and refining my intuition. The credentials that I have for speaking to anything I share is of my own personal experience, my own lived wisdom. Otherwise I won't talk about it. Fifth, this podcast has a focus on.

Exploring the Essence of Womanhood

What it means to be a woman. I'm a woman. I work with women. And while this is true, the conversations I have on this podcast are for. Everyone regardless of the genitalia you have between your legs. Lastly, nothing in this podcast is off limits.

Exploring the Raw Truths of Humanity

Swearing, honesty, personal stories. This is a no holds back show because we're not meant to be censored. We're meant to be because we're human fucking beings. And if you've made it here to the end, this podcast is definitely for.
