Have you ever traveled from one extreme to another? Meet Mauro Vaisman, Small Business Owner who recently changed careers, after almost 30 (!) years in the publishing industry. Before this less sudden change, he left Rio straight to Minnesota, just like the Movie animation "Rio", except that it was in the late 80's. Remember how we have an extremist palate? It must be that Brazilian thing!
On the menu this week: everything for your BBQ: rock salt, farofa (yucca flour), black beans, rice, chili peppers. For dessert: passion fruit mousse.
