I mean, I feel like at the beginning, I mean, this was your dream after all. And at the very beginning, that's how it started. In the last episode, we just started to hit the tip of the iceberg on my three days a week, like full body. Yeah. I didn't realize you were gonna ask so much to say about this, but I love it.
I have a soapbox about it. No. So Kaylee, how was that for you? It was fine. Better than it went for you. Yeah. Well, listen. So we are going to alternate who goes first. That's fair. Because you started off that minute and you're like, I'm not even gonna get five. Yeah. We forgot the pushups. You forgot. I stayed quiet. You remembered. Oh, snap. No, I mean, I thought we like, I checked that list for the presidential fitness award and was like, oh, yep, we got them. We're good.
We're not gonna do that one. We don't have access to, well, we did the pull ups. Yeah. What was your speed at when you went down to the two for still three? Oh yeah. Then that's just like a, that's having a walk at that point. What a nice little stroll. Yeah. That's a walk. Three miles per hour. That's a stroll. That's a walk. That's what I walk at. Like when I- That's your regular pace.
Yeah. When I go out and I just walk, like when I walk outside and I'm watching my, whatever, miles per hour, I'm about at a three. 20 minute miles. Yeah. We ended up with kittens. Oh, at our house. Yeah. That's what I heard. And it's a brother and a sister. And they're super sweet and all the things. Okay. And they're living out in the gym. In our detached- Not in your house. Not in our house, not in my house. If you really want to change your life, say goodbye to these 12 behaviors.
That's an interesting tagline or like title. Yeah. A little click bait. A little click bait. Yeah. Filling in stuck in a rut and you need to change. These are some small tweaks that can make a big difference. Okay. So it was an interesting read. I thought it was interesting. Interesting enough to put it down on our list and talk about it. Do an episode about it. Okay. I maybe needed a little bit longer to regroup, but- Did you, you didn't know that was coming? You didn't see that coming?
