This podcast is a conversation between with Drs. Quentin Alexander (George Mason University) and Erica Brown-Meredith (Longwood University), and their graduate student intern, Haley Tucker (Virginia Tech University) about the development and implementation of the Collaborating with Lancers for Academic Success Program (CLASP) at Longwood University. The participants discuss their experience with the program as well as the components of the program ,and how it positively impacted the academic, emotional, and psychosocial development of  first-generation and low-income students.
