Episode description

My Juilliard degree has gone to the dogs, and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Hi, I'm Lisa Spector, your Pet Calming Maestro. You're hearing piano music by Vivaldi I arranged for my left hand. Lower frequencies have been proven to calm the canine nervous system and relieve anxiety issues, and that's what my left-hand plays.

After a 10-year-history of creating music for dogs and cats, I'm now bringing new music to your pet and working dog household, twice a week, through the new My Zen Pet podcast.

In addition to piano music, I'm sharing tips on how you can create a zen pet environment at home. We've learned how to take care of ourselves by practicing yoga, drinking green tea, and meditating. But, how do we provide that for our beloved pets? I'll be helping you with that.

Thanks for subscribing so you receive a notification when we air a new episode every Monday and Friday, to bring Zen to your pet household at the start and end of every week.

If you'd like more music from my new Dog Gone Calm albums, go to MyZenPet.com for your free playlist of music for:
Separation anxiety. Sound phobias. Excessive barking. Hyperactivity. Crate training. Veterinary visits. Canine anxiety. Training. Car travel. Naps. And more.

My Zen Pet is dedicated to helping pets and working dogs find their calm.
