Our guest today is Dr. Betsy Charles. Dr. Charles wears many hats in the veterinary profession. In today’s episode we talk about her role as the facilitator for the 2022 Veterinary Leadership Conference keynote session. During our discussion we talk about the importance of stories and how showing people something is infinitely more effective compared to just telling people.
