Hi loves! I am back again with another episode of my podcast :)
In today's episode I talk about stress. What is it? How do we manage it? Tips to improving it?
Stress is something we all deal with, and especially that now is a time for finals, and as we are entering the end of the year, I know that stress and anxiety is really prevalent in all of our lives. In this episode I share some of the simple things I use to try and deal with stress and anxiety. Obviously these aren't going to solve every issue, but I have found them to be attainable and helpful for me whenever I need a little extra support.
At the end of the day make sure you all take care of yourself, I love and believe in you, and I know you all are going to continue to do great things!
