Clean, Sober, and Second Chances

This week I sit down with my friend and colleague in the culinary industry, Chef Gabriel Benjamin. Life is all about experiences. What you do with these experiences can often determine your fate. Gabriel, born in San Diego, explains his life as a roller coaster ride and how he has finally overcome addictions after 10 years of being clean and sober and incarcerated in the Texas Department of Corrections. His passion for culinary has guided him through life and now he is a thriving Chef at Reata in Fort Worth, Texas.
