Andy McDowell is one of those people!
Andy and I share the same vision as it relates to generating your value, starting a business, leadership and creativity. Andy is an engineer by trade but a creative by nature. He spent 22 years with Boeing and always felt like more of a life coach than a ‘boss’.
In 2002, he began his journey of entrepreneurship within the corporation when he was asked to create an airspace design consulting business from scratch that would serve the global government market. He prepped the Beijing and Sochi airports for their Olympic games and has so many great tips on using the strategic skills he developed within Boeing to generate your value in your personal and professional life.
Listening to his perspective is something you don't want to miss. Sometimes it is great to gain insight from people that are 'outside your wheelhouse' and industry and how you can relate that to your life.
