How we view ourselves can be really complicated. Unfortunately, culture and social media can place a lot importance on outer appearance. Along with this can come challenges with body image and our relationship with food. Trauma can make this even more complex. This week we are talking about our struggles with body image and disordered eating and ways we have tried to manage it.
