About Lisa
Lisa Rogoff is the Founder of Launch Project, an initiative designed to change our relationship with work. Instead of trying to find the elusive work-life balance, Lisa challenges us to strive for work-life integration. She has seen the possibilities that emerge when we fully connect our careers and lives, bringing our whole selves to work and finding inspiration in what we do each day.
Before becoming a coach, Lisa formed and led teams across a diverse range of industries (human rights, non-profits, advocacy organizations, for-profits, start-ups) and settings (Washington, DC, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Charlottesville, VA). Most recently, Lisa spent five years working for a research-based assessment, training, and professional development company focused on enhancing the effectiveness of teacher-child interactions.
