Episode description

Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and there is this ominous presence that at first you feel and then when you open your eyes there it is! Watching you, coming fro you or strangling you. Imagine begin so scared that you try to scream out loud and get away — but you can’t. You feel paralyzed almost as if you were being held down by a wicked force. What in the world is happening?

Sleep Paralysis is experienced by many people at some point in their life. I'm here to explain to you what it is and what it means! Of course, I had to share my own creepy experience with Sleep Paralysis too!
