When you get a new job, putting your two weeks notice in can be fairly routine. But when your only plan is to start freelancing full-time...well, that changes everything.

Imagine telling your boss: I don't have anywhere to go... I'm just leaving.

That's what Andy had to do recently when he quit his cozy job at a tech startup in order to pursue the freelance lifestyle.
