Scott Foley hasn't just starred on iconic TV series like "Felicity" and "Scandal," he's also a child of television. Now the star of ABC's comedy caper "Whiskey Cavalier," Foley says it's a throwback to the glory age of comedic action dramas like "Moonlighting" and "Hart to Hart." That era of course, also boasted some of his favorite family sitcoms, including "Mr. Belvedere," "Family Ties," and "Growing Pains."
