Welcome to my daily report card. Every day is continuous test. With no subject. What's your answer? What does it mean? Wow thanks. November 8th, 2024 at 11am Pacific Standard Time. We still have to get up. We still have to keep going. No matter what's in your way. Or else what you gonna do? Lie in bed and pretend things are not going on and they're still gonna change all around you. Because this world has been going on before you and it's gonna keep going on after you and me. Nevertheless.

Wow thanks. Man I missed y'all. What are you doing in season 53? Gosh. These are the times in which we have to change stages. We have to understand where we've been to go to. Need to go where. Where it's going. Nevertheless. Let's start it. So I'm gonna day on our 53rd playlist. Oh my gosh. Sorry not sorry by Lil Yachty and Versi. And also Binnis. Binnis by Money Man. I'm feeling the way our Crusade playlist is going right now. Israel Energy. And also shout out to Glowrilla.

That, our latest project is actually. Glorious I believe that's called. What is that project called? Nerilus. She did good. Yep I was right Glorious. What did I read today? So of course everyday I'm reading the Daily Laws 366 Meditations by Robert Greene. Also it's not about the coffee leadership principles by Howard Baer. Real big wigs at Starbucks. I'm finding that I'm getting to the point where I like more books that are telling me about real people's lives. So I can really connect more.

More so than telling me a guide or a number of ways to do things. Or I want to see your path and how you took the road and how I can incorporate it into my life. That's why we're here right now. Because I'm with you every step of the way. And yet and still we create a day. We all agree that the time is what it is. So we can be on the same page into scheduling things. Such as your work. Such as your daycare. Such as meeting up with each other. It's a metric unit of measurement. It's not real.

Was I physically active? Yes! I've been trying to figure out for this whole past year on how to incorporate cardio. Just been doing straight gains and aesthetically pleasing type muscle groups. But nevertheless, got to make sure that your blood is pumping the right way and that's not going to happen without your heart rate going up for a consistent amount of time. Need to run! Or at least walk. Something that's going to keep that heart rate up. Keep that blood flowing.

They can't get narrow if they're flowing with blood and making sure that we're hitting up the sauna. So we made our way back to 24 hour fitness. Shout out! With SF Fitness. So it's been good. Find you a gym people. Outside of your house. It can be made a place for you to go and to at least interact with the world. At least twice a week. With Kim. What did I get from my meditations? Get lost in time with the mission.

However, always remain present in the moment and aware of the current environment. Also, bet on yourself till you last. I was taking the moment 10 minutes and just how hard it is to battle yourself and only concentrating on your breathing for 10 minutes. How many games that your mind may play on you. You may think that you're concentrating on what you're concentrating on but you're not. Because you're distracted. Thinking that you're doing what you're doing.

Because you're not actively doing what you're doing. You're not doing what you think you're doing. Because your mind is making you think something else than what you're supposed to be doing. Therefore you need action. People. I'm going down the rabbit hole of rabbit holes. You're here with me on episode 594, season 53. This wormhole is somewhere past the Milky Way galaxy. Thank you for being here. Being present with yourself and giving me 10 minutes of your time. Today. Where to succeed at?

Creating more systems. Yet still having flexibility with those systems. Understanding that everything is rigid. It's dynamic. It's ever changing. The only thing that's constant is change. Even something simple as adding in cardio and 10-15 minutes sauna. It's bringing that much more to my quality of life. But how do we get here? Sometimes it takes that 11 month experience to grow your habits and get the way that you need to. You're going to have ups and downs.

That's why we need our accountability managers. And yet at the end of it we still need ourself. That's all you got. What made me smarter? Gosh. Being able to wake up in the morning with out an alarm clock. And being able to hug my wife and mother and grandmother all within the same hour. And those are little things. Small moments. And we can't fast forward past those moments or think those moments are automatically going to come back. Because they're not. Nothing is guaranteed people.

So it made me smart. But I think my day overall. Dynamic. Flexible. Still systematic. What grade do I give myself? I'm going with an A minus. Because I'm going to give that about a 92.5%. Almost that occurred at an A however just right underneath that cusp. Because when you're in those fine margins towards that 99. It's those little things. It's those forgotten moments. It's those blink of an eye. It's that close. And I'm fiddling the competition right now.

Right now I feel my own vision taking me where it is I need to be. And I hope you feel the same way about yourself. Knowing that you are the master of your own domain. You control all your actions. At the end of the day you came in this world with you. And you are the master of your own domain.
