Hello! Welcome to my daily report card. Every day is continuous tests with no subject. What's your answer? Was it meaningful? The devil you know. Most times it's an idiom to make us think it's better to deal with someone or something we already know, even if you don't like them, than to deal with something new that could be worse. You could think that that's not you, however that's not you in certain frames and certain ideologies. Not everything. I'm no different.
Just to see how many things you won't change your mind on opens up your eyes to how close off you really are to this world. It's powerful stuff. Nevertheless we have to think again. Always try. And with that, let's start it! Song of the day. Today is February 10th, 2025 530 PM Pacific Standard Time. Still on Kendrick. So much love and respect that how he brings all the California together acknowledging the Bay. And that's respectful. So we're still on Kendrick. What'd I read?
Just finish Think Again by Adam Grant. It's an amazing book. Not to be taken extra super literally to change all it is that you're thinking. However to be mindful of your thinking and the question you're thinking. She's got a line that I love even the devil appreciates being listened to. Was I physically active today?
It's love when you have that system already set up and all you have to do is just clock in and feel like I'm hitting my stride right now and it's perfect timing that we do that shaking off all it was to get over from the previous year and we do so much shaking off that we've lost valuable time from the current year. Have to be in the right now. What'd I get from my meditation leading us to leave the previous wins in the past?
Because even thinking of Super Bowl we are talking about what's going to happen next season. Once that win is had enjoy it and it's done. And as I say in relentless strip back to hell. That's the language of winning actually. Tim Grover nonetheless. What'd I succeed at today? Not taking myself so seriously. Not being the first one to poke my chest out when I think I did something good. Spending the day in events and life as it came all while still reaching for my destiny.
What made me smile today? Unwritten thank you cards from elementary students in this city, in this district of English wasn't of the first language. Most of them. Probably not. Those little so significant and sentimental value of having real thought and appreciation from a child. Doing your part in society and being that village that the child needs. That made me smile. Unwritten thank you cards. What'd I think of my day overall? Think it was day of humility. Day of thankfulness.
Just to know that there's things bigger than me and what I'm thinking in my head just as this world has to always be evolving and thought of and not too stagnant. What grade do I give myself? Going with the A. Hard worked, hard fought. Getting still happy. Always save the roof over your head. Have the availability to have food on the table, clothes on your back. You all right? Well, I hope you've learned something today.
