Hello! Welcome my dear Lampore car. Every day is continuous test with no subject. What's your answer? What's meaningful? It's that battle between going by a higher mission and doing what you want to do right now. It's that wait for the bigger reward or get what's right in front of you right now. It's that what's going to fulfill you on the inside just as much as it's out. The crusade versus the big me.

Once you get over the big me and you understand that there's something more, that's when you know. Listen! Playlist 52 cutthroat and song of the day is going to be Tusi and gonna champs of these days and also timeless by the weekend in Playboy Carti. Some real good music out right now. I'm loving it. So since the last time that we've been on and that's really my fault. You know, we've been gone. However, we still got time.

Finish Magic Words by Jonah Berger but now we on the Road to Character by David Brooks and also The Revenge of the Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell. So some good reading going on. Was I physically active today?

Never skipped leg day and looking at the records I haven't been on legs since September 12th and sometimes that's why you make those averages because that overall goal because you might be able to go ahead because sometime later down the road you might get knocked back and you're ready for that. And next time you can learn from what knocked you back and you can keep that energy that you had when you was going forward continuous. Nonetheless, motion is motion and I'm proud of you if you did it.

What I get from meditations? Never trust your feelings. You have to think about how impulsive we are. How egomaniac we are. How when the first thing that pops in our head is to say when we don't think about it and take a moment is usually wrong. So be very skeptical of yourself. Where do I see that today? Going beyond what I thought was possible. Pushing the limits of what's considered to satisfy. Understanding that a little bit of progress every day will take you somewhere.

What made me smile today? Just being able to be back in the gym after missing about a week or week and a half with my spouse and just recommitting to the physical body. And still getting reps up and it's just like that real pride and anguish and commitment and struggle all in one. And it was beautiful. Cracked my Apple Watch though. That wasn't cool. What do I think of my day overall? It's really a flow and understanding when to stop, when to go and knowing about pace and keeping that up.

I'm a great digger myself. I'm going with a solid B. These times is when I can say I just made the bar. I didn't surpass it. I made it. And that's decent. Sometimes we need that to maintain. Sometimes we got to wait before we turn that corner on the straightaway. And I hope you're running your race the best way that you can and knowing that every day is an opportunity. And with that, once again, hear me, hear me.
