Hello, welcome to another report card. Every day is continuous test with no subject. What's your answer? What's meaningful? February 4th, 2025, 1057 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. So, to finish y'all, we have to be open to constantly reevaluating the ground that we stand on, what we think we know, or what we know. Think of ourselves as dynamic instead of rigid. And that things change, yourself included.

We have to be able to zoom out, especially after times where we have been in deep work, in the weeds and the details. So, what's the best time to start? I'm trying with the episodes, people. Nevertheless, let's start. So I'm gonna day. Squabble up, of course. Kinship Lamar, we're heading into Super Bowl, the American holiday is what I see it as. So it's gotta be it. Was I physically active today? I've actually kept up. What I found that I need to do more of is that stretching, that protein.

Now it's time to dot the I's and cross T's. Once you're able to get that stability, get that work, got that good stride, have a rethink. It's not the bare bones. Can't keep going. What'd I retake? Finish the Culture Code by Daniel Kohl. Amazing book. Really used a lot of techniques and already kind of knew a lot of them, but just made you really, it really went in on creating that real culture. Just a couple tidbits that I got. Fill in their cups, hold them and hug them and hold them.

Belonging, you are a part of this group. This group is a special and with high standards. We believe you can reach them. Embrace the manager, messenger. Wake up the trash. Deliver negative news in person. Three things. What do I do that I should continue? What do I do that I should do more of? How can I make you more effective? Now I just started Think Again by Adam Grant's second book on him. I actually had this book on the shelf for a couple years. I wasn't ready for it yet. That's life.

Now I'm ready. I felt the same way about Mastery by Robert Greene. I wasn't ready for it and I had that book, been around that book for about five, seven years and then it was my time. So sometimes the book got their time. What I get from my meditations? Be always open to rethinking what you know. Earn the trust. Keep earning the trust. Well I see that today.

Knowing that I don't know everything and questioning anything that I know and yet still having my own vision and going forward with that and being confident and humble and consistent and thankful and respectful. What made me smile today? It's nothing better than a father being able to see his son off into school. Passing him off to the real world and knowing that you did all you could and it's up to him to do what he can and do what he may or do what he's going to do.

I say him because I have two boys, however your child did all you can and now they're going to do what they will. And you got to trust in that because that's going to be what they will is what their kids will which is your grandchildren and so on. To the anxious people I say what is it that you want? That is something that you can't control. The safe world? Not possible. Do what you can do. What I think of my day overall? Oh so long day y'all. Sorry. Epic eye opening.

All the emotions which is my favorite. It's got to have, a perfect day is always having all the emotions. You have the ups, you have the downs. I felt happy, I felt sad, I felt angry, I felt excited, I felt down, I felt up and ultimately calm, content, present, throughout. I'm great at it, I get myself. I'm going to go with A minus. When everything around you is going chaotic you have to maintain with what your personal mission is and hold that tighter.

Nobody cares about what you do until you're not doing what you're supposed to do. What's in it?
