Hello! Welcome to my daily report card. Every day is continuous test with no subject. What's the chance? What's it meaningful? I had this thought earlier about courage and what it is in the adult world in reality. It's not laying your life on the line or pushing somebody just at the nick of time before they get hit by a car. It's those daily reaching towards your real edge. It's when you go that 2.5 pounds up from your original weight.

It's that phone call to that friend that you haven't talked to in a while. It's that energy that you do to make which you thought your dreams were come true. It takes a lot. And keep reaching the courage. That's it! So, today, on our 49th playlist ended in our season finale on July 14th, 2024 at 8.21pm. Favorite lady by Denny Dior and Navi featuring Cash Colbert. Feeling it. Just a perfect vibe in mind games season was good.

I'm only encouraged for what's to come next. So, check out our playlist. What are we today? Two books also. The Robert Green Daily Laws and also Finish Pimp by Ashburg Slim again. And Reading the Epilogue and where we left off of last episode on He didn't understand how much that black people were in despair during these times and how he really didn't have a choice. And profound. Because what we think the possibilities are reality.

Nevertheless good. I think I'm gonna stay on the Iceburg Slim series. I might go back to his next book. What's up Physically Active today? Now this is what I'm talking about that courage. I didn't want to. It's Sunday and everything in me wanted to be like nah. I'm getting still. I made it with the wife and show her this Max Day. Just a proud moment when you can really just be there for your physical self. What I give from my meditations.

I personally fight your ego to refrain from celebrating yesterday's win today. Because I wanted to say that I completed our goal of going to the gym twice and doing what I'm supposed to do. And I'll never ever keep going forward. And out of those eight days that I committed to there is still another 22, 23 when I counted four. So what I succeeded today. Making room for everything. Chasing the sun and enjoying the present moment.

We look beyond what's in front of us and understanding the importance of right now in the moment. I think that was a true success. Maybe a smile today. Sitting in the sun with the wife having some Mitchell's Ice Cream. A few from the city. You know that's a real staple. And also just having the love from my family. Getting past cornbread from another family gathering. Just being on the mind of someone to get food in this day and age.

And that's not something that I take for granted. And I know that there are some people out here that are having a hard time getting the meal. And I'm grateful for everyone that I have. What I think of my day of war. Perfectly placed, courageous, consistent, hard. And follow through. Real follow through. And sometimes you got to take a step back and get ugly and work to reap the benefits of what it is that you actually want.

And sometimes you're going to have to miss that club. You're going to have to miss that party. You're going to have to miss that session. Because you got to build for yourself in that moment right then and there. And it's tough. Trust me, huh. Fight against ego and foam all the time and knowing that the greater good is that you was pleasant for yourself. So great to be myself. Going with you.

Good bounce back from our last seat and being able to truly understand what it takes to excel and go beyond that bare minimum bar. Chasing my own bar and keep reaching toward courage. And I hope you do too. It just takes that little bit of 1% better. And when you look up, you see how far you can. And with that, let's get it!
