Let’s talk about it, losing weight can plane ol’ tough and frustrating.  All you want is some structure and the ability to stick with a routine; I totally get that.  The reality is sometimes life is going to throw a wrench into the most well thought out plans and it can really do a number on motivation and consistently.  During this podcast, I share some of my greatest tips on how sustain motivation and consistency when it comes to weight loss.
