Episode description

LA based band, Local Natives stopped by my place to have coffee last January. I had been hearing their single “When Am I going to Lose You’ on Spectrum channel on Sirius pretty regularly in my car. It was a great afternoon, we talked about how the band formed over sixteen years ago, how to be a part of a collaboration and also fulfill your own solo creative impulses. We touch on how they’ve managed to navigate non-stop touring, finding the right manager, and how the band will shift as they start families and start writing the next album. Hope you enjoy this conversation as much I did!
