Where do you go to find your inspiration?  You could say looking online, you could say in books, you could say you're inspired by other people. 

For our guest this week, inspiration for her is everywhere.  Here we have another one person business, run by a somebody who is obsessed with managing her time efficiently, and really does try to get the absolute most out of her work on a daily basis. 

She has created her own style by way of choosing what cakes she did NOT want to make.  This has led to her growing her brand and cake design very quickly leading to brand ambassador partnerships, and now teaching at a cake school.
