This week we chat about which of life's truths can be gleaned from Julie Andrew’s gender-bending musical - Victor/Victoria!

On the verge of starvation in 1930s Paris, erstwhile entertainer Julie Andrews is rescued by gay cabaret performer Robert Preston. What Julie needs to succeed, opines Preston, is a gimmick. So, Andrews becomes a male impersonator, pretending to be a female impersonator, and soon becomes the toast of Paris.
